Spacious house with a pool (heated from June), a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, a conservatory and a lake view. The lake below the house has nice cliffs and a diving board. Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with four beds, 19 sqm stargazing tent with five beds. Great for gatherings, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house needs to be included in the booking. From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

A trampoline with a safety net for children is available on site. On the deck there is an electric hot tub for evening swimming. Our sweet and kind outdoor cat Olle is included in the rental – he settles with food and some love once a day!

It's 20 minutes to Stockholm city and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a beach close by and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. A rowboat is available June-August. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.
