Here you live centrally with the Södermalm pulse right outside the door, but still with a quiet and relaxing room facing a quiet courtyard. The accommodation is located on the 7th floor of a high-rise building and has a private entrance for an undisturbed stay. Please note that the elevator goes up to the 6th floor, and then there is a staircase to the 7th floor. Walking distance to Medborgarplatsen, shopping, restaurants, bars and a wide range of activities. The accommodation is perfect for those who want to experience Stockholm in the best way!

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).
