Spacious house with a pool (heated from June), a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, a conservatory and a lake view. The lake below the house has nice cliffs and a diving board. Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with four beds, 19 sqm stargazing tent with five beds. Great for gatherings, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house needs to be included in the booking. House by the sea, quiet horse farm with paddle tennis court, near bus

The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Here in the embrace of the forest, you will find our attic house surrounded by peace and quiet. The area is filled with hiking trails that wind through the forest and just a stone's throw away you will find a beautiful lake – perfect for a cooling dip. A little further away is the sea. In the front of the house there is a small terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. The accommodation is newly built and equipped with all modern standards to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
