A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Nice quiet and comfortable apartment on the first floor of my house in the heart of the countryside, it is conveniently located near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, between lakes and mountains. 30 min drive to the "Revard" and "Semnoz" resorts, two small ski resorts for family skiing.
