L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch (la casa rossa adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. The cosy and sunny house is completly sorrounded by a garden accessible from a large covered veranda, with a relaxing and restful view of the Dolomites. It is bordered by a park with century-old beeches and fir-trees, which leads to the nearby alpine lake. It is located at 934mt in Valle dei Laghi, about 25km far from Trento and 30 from Riva del Garda. The Monte Bondone is easily reachable in few minutes by car. All the services are located down in the valley (10 minutes by car).

Die Besonderheit sind zwei Glasfronten mit uneingeschränkter Aussicht über das Tal die sich im Untergeschoss zu beiden Seiten öffnen lassen. So lässt sich ein angenehmes Klima schaffen, auch bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung . Barrierefrei da beide Ebenen einen separaten Eingang haben.
