Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

La Cassetta al Parco

The cosy and sunny house is completly sorrounded by a garden accessible from a large covered veranda, with a relaxing and restful view of the Dolomites. It is bordered by a park with century-old beeches and fir-trees, which leads to the nearby alpine lake. It is located at 934mt in Valle dei Laghi, about 25km far from Trento and 30 from Riva del Garda. The Monte Bondone is easily reachable in few minutes by car. All the services are located down in the valley (10 minutes by car).

The concept is "living in nature" . The special feature are two glass fronts with unrestricted views over the valley, which can be opened on both sides in the basement. In this way, a pleasant climate can be created, even with strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.
