A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Hofgut Gurvitz is a district of Rambin, in the quiet southwest of the beautiful island of Rügen. Surrounded by fields right on the edge of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, far away from main roads, you can enjoy the silence and nature of the island. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Strelasund, the Kubitzer Bodden, as well as the Hiddensee lighthouse on the horizon at night. Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. Cozy semi-detached house "Dachs" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~ 35 square meters) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

Vacation in the "stable" - in the middle of Rügen

My place is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. You'll love my place because of our 6,000 square meter garden. Here you can relax after a discovery tour of the island, lie in a deck chair, barbecue or drink wine in the evening. The former stable building has a traditional ceiling height of 1.95 m on the first floor... So you better not be taller ;-)

Relaxation by the sea for families

300m from the lagoon (Schapronzer Bodden), in a quiet area. A café/restaurant 300m away, another 5 cafés within cycling distance. Lots of fun in a short distance: Haflinger horse stables, adventure farm Kliewe, forest adventure trail, bike ride. Ideal for digital nomads, with a desk and fast internet. EV charger 250 m away. Ostseebad Binz can be reached in 35 minutes. Complete facilities including a terrace, sun beds and BBQ grill.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
