Unsere Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Eingang und eigener Terrasse am Oberen Eselsberg liegt fußläufig zur Universität und dem Science Park. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Mehr oder weniger direkt hinterm Haus ist man im Grünen. Man hat nur wenige Minuten bis zu Bus und Straßenbahn, sowie zum Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen. Den Botanischen Garten erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Legoland sind es 30 Minuten und zum Ravensburger Spielerland 1 Stunde mit dem Auto.

Dazu haben Sie auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Induktion, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Geschirr. Neben dem Boxspringbett (2m x 1,60m) im Schlafbereich, können die zwei Sofas im Wohnzimmer jeweils zu einem 2m x 1m Bett mit Lattenrost ausgezogen werden. Bügelunterlage und -eisen kann auf Anfrage kostenlos ausgeliehen werden.

Die Unterkunft ist eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit separatem Eingang ohne Küche. Mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Teller, Besteck, Gläser, Tassen und Kühlschrank. Die Bushaltestelle nach Ulm ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt (Buslinie 11 Ringverkehr) in ca. 15 Min.ist man mit dem Auto, mit dem Bus ca. 25 Min. am Ulmer Hbh. Das Legoland Günzburg erreichen Sie in ca. 30 Minuten. Nach Blaubeuren (Blautopf) sind es 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Die Unikliniken Eselsberg sind in 15 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Schönes, helles Appartement im 2 OG mit Lift erreichbar. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein großes Bett für 1-2 Personen TV vorhanden mit KabelTV und WLAN Sie wohnen direkt in Neu-Ulm. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 7 Min. bis Zentrum in Ulm und das Ulmer Münster und zum Bahnhof sind es auch nur 3 min. Um die Ecke gibt es nette kleine Cafès, Bäckereien, Restaurants und ein Shoppingcenter .
