The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2 m x 1.60 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be pulled out into a 2 m x 1 m bed with a slatted frame. An ironing board and iron can be borrowed free of charge on request.
