From bedroom one you can walk straight into the garden. The living room and kitchen are adjacent to the attractive and sheltered veranda with hammock.

Modern appartement (bouwjaar 2015) met eigen toegang, op de 1e etage. Het appartement is compact en lekker licht. Het appartement : Woonkamer met open keuken. De keuken is uitgerust met een kookplaat, oven/magnetron en koelkast. Separaat toilet. Slaapkamer met inloopdouche. Het appartement is gelegen in een rustige woonbuurt op loopafstand van de HAN en het Radboud ziekenhuis en de Universiteit. Het centrum van Nijmegen ligt op 2km afstand evenals het bos Gratis parkeren in de wijk.

Alles wat je nodig hebt, vind je letterlijk in de straat: winkels, restaurants, supermarkt (tegenover het appartement), goede sfeer, gezellige mensen, vermaak en openbaar vervoer. Uniek verblijf in mooie omgeving

Wil je verblijven op een prachtige plek, aan de voet van het geldersch landschap en de N70, tegenover een goed restaurant, in een authentieke smederij, dan zit je hier goed! Deze oude smederij met tuin is omgebouwd tot een sfeervolle plek, van waaruit je allerlei uitstapjes kan maken. Het centrum van Nijmegen is 5 minuten fietsen en in de wijk zitten veel leuke lunchtentjes, restaurants en speeltuin de Leemkuil is om de hoek. Alleen niet-rokende gasten zijn welkom!

Tuinhuis De Beverburcht

Wij verhuren een compleet ingericht Tinyhouse. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen. Koffie en thee zijn van het huis. Ontbijt is optioneel (10 euro p.p.) Het Tuinhuis is een natuurhuisje. Het staat achter in onze tuin. Het is helemaal geïsoleerd en voorzien van verwarming. Er is voor het Tuinhuis een terras. De straat is beschermd dorpsgezicht en de tuin beschermde landschapstuin. Wij wonen op 15 minuten fietsen van het centrum van Nijmegen.

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

Nice for couples to explore Nijmegen for a few days! This unique design loft is located in the centre of Nijmegen. Two minutes walk from Central Station in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice bars, coffee bars, stores and restaurants within walking distance. You sleep in a comfortable Auping bed and furniture is top class design. By car? No problem. In front is a free private parking place.

Studio Wolk

The studio is near our University, the city centre and the train station. Also near forest, and nature around the Waal river. The studio is located in a nice old house, with steep stairs. part of a protected cityscape of Nijmegen. It's very cosy and has a comfortable bed. My studio is best suited for couples and solo-adventurers.
