Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes, e-bikes and a tandem bike.

You have the De Smederij guest house all to yourself and it has its own entrance. Parking is free for guests. It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. The cottage is a gem on the Ganzendiep. An oasis of peace and at the same time 20 minutes by bike (10 minutes by car) from the historic center of Kampen. The cottage is warm and stylishly decorated, making you feel immediately welcome and at home. Distance to Kampen 10 minutes by car, distance to Zwolle 30 minutes by car. The cottage is suitable for two people (possibly with baby, camping bed not included) and solo adventurers.
