NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Cozy new apartment + mountain view

Whether skiing, hiking, city strolls in Rosenheim or a day trip to Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck, the location is perfect! (Car is recommended🙈) The apartment is completely new and furnished just for you. You have access to the stream and a super cute balcony! The thermal baths in Bad Aibling are very close and super beautiful! Afterwards you can eat deliciously in the Nikos Ouzerie (Bad Aibling) or in the pizzeria around the corner! Large living room, bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with tub, almost 75 sqm, parking space. There is a butcher's shop with snacks and baked goods in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket only 2 km away. Many restaurants in the area, cycle paths, 2 train stations (6 km, direction to Munich, Rosenheim). Best for 2 guests, 2 add. beds are possible on request.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittler in der Nähe. Bahnhof ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Schliersee in 5 Minuten und Tegernsee 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.
