Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The apartment offers space for up to 4 people with a size of about 60 sqm. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via the outside staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, protected patio overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the rest of the furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood.
