The cabin is located on a headland with water on three edges and the forest as a backdrop. From the good chair you can look out on the water or into the woods. Large windows allow nature to enter the cabin. You can take a walk along the river and watch the wildlife. You can enjoy the gap while watching the fish vaker. Or maybe you want to paddle out to a small island and stay overnight in a hammock there.

Nice swimming opportunities at Støle brygge located close by. At the apartment you will find garden furniture in front where you can relax. Perfect if you wish to enjoy a coffee cup, read or spend time outside. The apartment is about 25 min away from Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret by car. Want to rent to quiet and proper people. High standard! Fantastic view. Fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, games, highchair, cot and fire pans. In the summer: gas grill, trampoline, rowing boat, canoe and sup boards. Wood stove and a heat pump. 4 good bedrooms, large living room, office space and fantastic patio. Fishing water with trout. small beach nearby. Dogs are only allowed when agreed in advance Bed linen, towels, electricity and water are included in the price. Possibility of electric car charging (extra cost).

Gjennomgående ny 3-roms leilighet i 1 etg. i Bryggebyen med Tromøysund på begge sider. Morgenkaffen på terrassen 5 meter fra sjøen og ettermiddag/kveldsol på markterrassen med utsikt til Arendals innseiling. Flotte strender/ badeanlegg 1 min å gå fra leiligheten . Badetrapp 10 meter fra leiligheten. Gratis parkering med mulighet for å lade elbil. 6 min å kjøre til Arendal by, busser hvert kvarter og 45 min til Dyreparken. Kjæledyr velkomne. Mulighet for langtidsleie fra oktober-mars/april.

There is a short way to the grocery store,pharmacy, Hove and Raet. With activities such as climbing park and Kayak etc. Ferry and bus to Arendal city center 50km to Dyreparken. There is a double bed and a 120 bed m/possibility for an extra mattress 150 Washing machine and dryer Located in 1 egt New nice playground right on the outside

the apartment dazzling SeaView

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. If you need anything extra, just contact us.
