There is a private dock with a bathing ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boat house is well equipped, with both rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life vests, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented out with the cabin if desired.

There is a car road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the premises. Nice hiking areas nearby, e.g. coastal hiking trail into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
