There is also proximity to golf course and Hesnes Hartneri, as well as the Marivold swimming area. Short way to the zoo in Kristiansand. Here you wake up to birds singing and no noise We have a gated garden and plenty of room. We do not want partying or youth groups.

About 6-7 min drive to Arendal city center. There is a bus to the city every hour about 5 minutes walk from the residence. Trampoline is set up in the garden in the summer There is plenty of room for 2-3 families or a large family. Sleeps about 9/10 people, we have some mattresses that can be put on the floor in addition to the beds. Duvets and pillow for 12 persons.

Hytta is a great place to be with nature all the way into the living room.

Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies .

We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach is 100m away from a favorite spot. Possibility for the kids to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car charger

Welcome to "The Pearl by the Point"! This charming home from 1880 is beautifully situated on the outermost row of Tangen, known for its historic white-painted wooden houses and narrow passageways. Enjoy three lovely outdoor areas and a fully stocked kitchen. The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin field about 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city center. There is a car road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the premises. Nice hiking areas nearby, e.g. coastal hiking trail into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
