The cabin is completely for itself with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

When one needs to breathe out and enjoy the simple, this is a cabin that allows you to live in the moment. During summertime you can enjoy the view, hiking, barbecue and swimming. The large lawn in front of the cottage is also ideal for children. In autumn you can pick blueberries, cranberries and mushrooms. In winter, Øynaheia has great trails for those who want to go cross-country skiing. Solar panel, well water right on the outside and the outdoor shower takes you right back to authentic cabin fun. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Road all the way up. The cabin with an annex is located alone in the forest by a small water. Large terrace. Here it is completely quiet and you only hear the sounds of nature. Nice hiking and bike opportunities just outside the door. The swimming area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood-burning stove and views right out on the water and nature around. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you can just open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

Newly renovated cottage with its own jetty and amazing views. The property is located at Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has an amazing view to Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. As night, you can see the light from the Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private dock with a bathing ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boat house is well equipped, with both rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life vests, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented out with the cabin if desired.

Cozy cabin in Skarestrand on Tromøy with its own rowboat and dock space that gives you the opportunity to experience the RAET nature reserve and the archipelago. Motor can be rented additionally The cabin is secluded from the sea with a few minutes walk (about 250m) and all amenities. The pier is within walking distance, but you can also drive a car. The cabin is located in a great hiking area with several swimming beaches nearby. It is possible to rent in a heated sauna close to the cabin. Parking areas are included.

The cabin has a lovely sea view, sun until it sets and you hear the sea hitting the swamps. The cabin is easily cared for and well equipped. The cabin is located on the inside of the archipelago Tromling with Raet National Park as the closest neighbor. At Tromlings there are lovely sandy beaches and nice to hike. Hytta is a great place to be with nature all the way into the living room.

Lovely summer place on the water's edge - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo. and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boat cabin was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could stay overnight. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat warehouse in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun every hour of the day!

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
