There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Road all the way up. The cabin with an annex is located alone in the forest by a small water. Large terrace. Here it is completely quiet and you only hear the sounds of nature. Nice hiking and bike opportunities just outside the door. The swimming area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood-burning stove and views right out on the water and nature around. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you can just open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, scratch the piglet. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without shower, but the bathing stairs and the lovely water makes it worth it. There is also a gas grill. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to the local store.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Fleet - Camp Skarvann

Enjoy the sound of nature when staying at this unique place. Idyllic small fleet that is located on the lake Skarvann. There is a single standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "hood" to close. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the deck outside and a fire pit. Important and note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is available toilet in the area. Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag must be brought by the guest.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Idyllic boat house/cabin at the shore of the sea.

Perfect spot for a small family or alone by the sea. The boathouse is from the 70s and is traditionally built. Here you can enjoy the sea view, take a bath or lie in the sun. The boat house is simply furnished with all you need of kitchenware, dishes towels and dusting cloths. In addition, there is toilet paper. The boathouse is isolated. A double bed (150 cm) in the bedroom, double sofa bed in the living room.

Nice apartment/loft at Bjorbekk, close to Arendal

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.
