It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.
