With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast on the balcony, optionally a vineyard hike with Christoph, who is himself a master winemaker, barbecuing in the garden in the evening, then a sundowner from the winery - is this what you call "paradise"?

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Cozy, quiet 2 room apartment, parking free

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. The apartment borders on a historic farm - now a horse farm and guesthouse - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress, here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead only a few meters past the courtyard, such as the slate guard path.
