Elevator is available from the garage to the garden floor . Our neighbor is starting to build a new villa and for about 2 years we will have a crane and workers near the house

As a heater we have a nice cast iron wood stove,easy to turn on and immediately creates a warm and romantic environment! The wood will be paid for separately upon delivery! Essential kitchen with microwave, American coffee machine, Sat TV .Tavern with vault and fireplace.
