Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

ECOLOGICAL geothermal system for heating/cooling and solar panels for hot water. The food needed for breakfast to prepare in the suite is included. 20 mins from Verona, 30 from Lake Garda, 25 from the airport.

Our apartment is 850 meters high, surrounded by greenery and located at the foot of the Pizzo Badile from which you can enjoy a beautiful view. In the back of the house there is a spacious garden with a barbecue area and a few steps away only upon reservation and with an additional cost you can use the outdoor relaxation area with a Finnish tub and sauna heated by wood reserved for two and a half hours. It is a perfect place for couples but also for your furry friends.

Isolated enough to ensure silence and quiet, it allows you to quickly reach the valley floor and the surrounding valleys, hiking destinations or simple immersions in nature. Recommended for short breaks or relaxing vacations, away from overly touristy places.

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
