The apartment is located in a historic building from 1890 with high walls and stylish interior. It is situated in a prime location at the hub of the Rhine-Main area. The Mainz-Kastel train station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick connections to Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and only a 5-minute walk from the green spaces of the Rhine promenade and about 15 minutes from the center of Mainz on foot.

Das Apartment befindet sich auf dem Dach eines mehrgeschossigen Hauses und bietet daher eine freistehende Wohnsituation. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie wohnen direkt unterhalb der Wohnung im vierten Stock. Der Gastgeber stellt das Apartment gelegentlich über Airbnb zur Verfügung, um einen Teil der hohen Kosten abzudecken.

Helle Wohnung in guter Lage

In etwa 10 Gehminuten kann der Bahnhof Opelwerk erreicht werden. Von dort aus ist man in wenigen Stationen in Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden oder Darmstadt. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich die Bushaltestelle der Linie 6, mit der die Innenstadt oder der Hauptbahnhof in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden kann. Außerdem befinden um die Wohnung herum generell einige Scooter (Tier), um schnell von A nach B zu kommen.

Die Atelierwohnung befindet sich im EG eines 3 Parteienhauses mit separatem Zugang. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu eingerichtet und renoviert. Eine große Wohnküche und Bad sorgen für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die Strassenbahn hält 50m vor dem Haus. Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind in 7min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit Reiseutensilien wie Fön, Duschgels, Handwaschmittel, Bügeleisen, Regenschirm etc. ausgestattet.

A special atmosphere awaits you in a stylish house with a distant view. Next to the bedrooms are a common room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bath and double washbasin for you. The apartment is good for couples, business travelers and families (with children). You have a separate entrance to the apartment. On request, a washing machine in the cellar can be used by the guests.

This one bedroom unit (25 m²) with a small bathroom in located in a historical monument dating from the late middle-ages. It is ideal for one person who would like to explore the attractions of the historical city of Mainz. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to turn the fresh ingredients from the farmer's market (3 times a week, within walking distance) into a delicious meal.

Our new apartment is located in a very quiet area. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away. From there you can reach Frankfurt in 30 minutes. The airport is about 20 minutes away by car.
