Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

The generously and lovingly furnished apartment is only 20 minutes from the motorway connection and offers the perfect opportunity to relax, rest or to explore Passau, the Bavarian forest, Alps, Linz, Vienna, Salzburg, Prague. Culture, shopping, pharmacy, nature, reservoir, outdoor swimming pool - everything is in the area. Bus connections to Passau are very good during the week. There are fewer buses on the road at the weekend, but the city bus runs from Kastenreuth every 20 minutes.

Our 1-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of a listed house in the historic old town of Passau. The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a cozy five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

The apartment Sonnenhang in Esternberg offers accommodation for 4 people with balcony and sun terrace including free Wi-Fi. There is a garden in the accommodation with set. You can go hiking nearby. Schärding is 20 km away, Passau 9 km.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
