The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The spacious and lovingly furnished apartment is only 20 minutes from the highway connection and offers the perfect opportunity to relax, rest or explore Passau, the Bavarian Forest, Alps, Linz, Vienna, Salzburg, Prague to explore. Culture, shopping, pharmacy, nature, reservoir, outdoor pool - everything is in the surrounding area. Bus connections to Passau are very good during the week. At weekends, fewer buses are on the road, but the city bus runs from Kastenreuth every 20 minutes.

Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a leisurely five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.
