Cozy house with its own terrace and access to large garden. There is direct access to forest, where in a 5-minute walk you can enjoy Svendborgsund and a 15 minute walk to the swimming area by the strait. The house is located 10 min. bike ride from Svendborg city center. The house is a self contained house, next to the main house where the hosts live. The house has two rooms, a large bathroom as well as a living room with smaller but fully functional kitchen. TV with apple TV. 5 min. walk to shopping, where you can charge an electric car.

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Bindingsværkshus i lille Lejbølle by. Kom tilbage i tiden med masser af patina, gamle møbler, lavt til loftet. 3 brændeovne for hyggens skyld det er ikke varmekilder. Bag haven er lukket,grill, bålplads og gammelt smedie jerns komfur til pynt. Der er spil og musik anlæg (AUX stik Iphone er der). Huset har 55” fladskærm og wi-fi alle senge er Hæstens senge, minimum Superior. Jeg har flere huse på Langeland men det her er ubetinget det hyggeligste med en fornemmelse af “gamle dage”.

Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 m to the beach and right by the hiking and biking trails.

In the cozy old skipper town, Troense, you'll find this cozy annex. The atmosphere exudes history here in the small village very close to Svendborg. On the ground floor you have a small entrance, bathroom with shower and kitchen living room. The 1st floor contains four regular sleeping spaces spread over two rooms/rooms.
