The apartment (26 m²) with large corner balcony and direct lake/mountain view is located between Velden (5.5 km) and Pörtschach (3.2 km) on Lake Wörthersee, on the main road that leads around the lake. Just 350 m away, within walking distance, is the public, free lake access (toilets, changing rooms available). Töschling train station and the bus stop are only a few meters away. Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Enjoy the serenity of nature in our unique tiny home, just 20’ from Bled. Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!
