Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Just a few minutes' walk away there are free beaches with changing rooms and one with a snack bar. Wörthersee Plus Card with beach resort package included.

The apartment (26 m²) with large corner balcony and direct lake/mountain view is located between Velden (5.5 km) and Pörtschach (3.2 km) on Lake Wörthersee, on the main road that leads around the lake. Just 350 m away, within walking distance, is the public, free lake access (toilets, changing rooms available). Töschling train station and the bus stop are only a few meters away. Apartment (48m2 & 30m2 sleeping berth) is located on the 1st floor of the garden house Villetta next to Villa Hygiea.The sleeping berth impresses with exceptional views of Lake Wörthersee or they sleep in the living room by the new double box spring sofa. The living area is equipped with a kitchen, dining table, and LED TV. There is a bathroom with natural light. The kitchen convinces with oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. 2 people and 2 children.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter property borders with 3 sides on a fairytale forest, centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from Velden am Wörthersee. In the house there are 2 residential units, each with a parking space. TOP:2 is a small completely independent apartment built via an external staircase. This includes a beautiful, spacious bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom that is used on your own.

Small but nice!

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time.
