Lovely villa in a good location.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on a quiet residential street with only a 4-minute walk to the metro - which in just 12 minutes takes you to Copenhagen, 4-minute walk to shopping and Fields, 10-minute walk to scenic Amager Fælled. The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. If you want to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat to a quiet environment when the city has been explored, this is the right property. Cozy house for a small family

Family-friendly house in a garden association on Amager, Copenhagen. Open environment where community and coziness are paramount. Simple living. Optimal for couples + children. Garden with trampoline. Close to shopping and bus. Midway between airport and city: 4 km from airport, 5 km to city center. 1 km to the Fields shopping center, good cafes and bakeries, metro and train station Ørestad. Modern townhouse, located in a green area, close to the city center and the beach, with great access to public transportation. The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. On 118sqm over 3 levels you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a specious kitchen with sofa. The outdoor area includes a balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture. Cosy house with private garden.

Huset ligger i haveforeningen Engly. Grønt lukket område. Egen have. Køkken med alt hvad du skal bruge. Ikke WiFi og tv. Allergi-venligt hjem på 88 kvm. 2 stuer. Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, kun adgang fra den ene side. Sovesofa til 2 personer (110cm bred) i stuen. Der er lette bambus rullegardiner i stuen, hvor sovesofaen er. Den ene del af huset er fra 1980, den andel del fra 2020. Ovn til brænde virker desværre ikke. Naboer bygger huse så der er noget larm.

Small, modern house in charming and quiet urban community (in Danish: helårs-haveforening) in walking distance to the metro that will take you to the city center in 9 minutes. Other important distances, 10 minutes’ walk to the lovely natural resort Amager Faelled; 15 minutes to the congress center Bella Center; and 25 minutes to Royal Arena.10 minutes by car to the very nice beach at Amager Strandpark that also offers kayaks; minigolf; cafés etc.

Modern townhouse with easy access to city centre.

Just 10 minutes by metro from the city centre, surrounded by both nature and a vibrant new community with restaurants, scandinavias largest shopping center, cafees, restaurants, fitness and small shops, you are welcome to our Bohemian cul-de-sac 2 story House built in 2022 with all modern ameneties. Easy access from the airport by metro. Also, we are happy to say that this part of the city has the lowest crime rate in Copenhagen.

New - near Metro in Copenhagen - 16 sleep

New wooden house with 7 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - huge dining kitchen and 2 livingrooms. Wonderfull outside terrasse dining and relaxing area - parking for 3 vehicles. High sealings and bright rooms with roof windows. Walking distance from Metro, which will take you all over Copenhagen in minuttes. And hot water is included in the price/rent - just clarifying this after numerous questions :-)

Cosy house with garden, close to the city center

This house is located in the center of a cosy community. It's right next to the Metro which will get you everywhere in Copenhagen in 5-15 min. In the community there is a playground and a small football-pitch. The house is fully heated, floor heated bathroom + a fireplace for extra comfy evenings. The entire house is available for guests and is 130m2, a garden + private parking.
