The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. On 118sqm over 3 levels you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a specious kitchen with sofa. The outdoor area includes a balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture. WiFi can be provided, but please contact me before booking.

Huset ligger i haveforeningen Engly. Grønt lukket område. Egen have. Køkken med alt hvad du skal bruge. Ikke WiFi og tv. Allergi-venligt hjem på 88 kvm. 2 stuer. Dobbeltseng i soveværelse, kun adgang fra den ene side. Sovesofa til 2 personer (110cm bred) i stuen. Der er lette bambus rullegardiner i stuen, hvor sovesofaen er. Den ene del af huset er fra 1980, den andel del fra 2020. Ovn til brænde virker desværre ikke. Naboer bygger huse så der er noget larm.

Lovely bungalow house from the 1930's, near center of Copenhagen. The beach, metro and rental bikes are within walking distance and the airport is two metro stops away. The interior design is in a modern scandinavian stile, with lots of soul, "hygge". Everything you need for your everyday supplies is within walking distance. High sealings and bright rooms with roof windows. Walking distance from Metro, which will take you all over Copenhagen in minuttes. And hot water is included in the price/rent - just clarifying this after numerous questions :-)

This house is located in the center of a cosy community. It's right next to the Metro which will get you everywhere in Copenhagen in 5-15 min. In the community there is a playground and a small football-pitch. The house is fully heated, floor heated bathroom + a fireplace for extra comfy evenings. The entire house is available for guests and is 130m2, a garden + private parking.
