Enjoy a loving break at this downtown home with balcony and garage. Right next door is a supermarket that is within walking distance. A cozy place to unwind or start excursions... We went out of our way to make the apartment stylish, cozy but also modern and practical. The bed linens are washed with sensitive detergent, which means they are generally well suited for allergy sufferers. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Our rooms are on the ground floor. It is newly renovated and brightly equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a small desk. There is also space for a travel cot, which must be requested at the time of booking. The existing bathroom has also been completely modernized. For small appetites and the next morning there is a fully equipped kitchen. (fridge, coffee machine, oven, induction hob)

Our 67 m² vacation home is quietly located in the Bavarian countryside and has its own garden. The lake with dog beach is only 200 m away, fishing with a license is possible. Ideal for holidays by the lake and holidays with dogs. In winter, it is ideally suited for winter vacations & ski vacations. Winter sports resorts such as Sankt Englmar are about 100 km away. Thermal baths and an airfield are nearby.
