Walk to lake, hot tub, pet ok, game room 14 people

Our home is in the area of SUNNYSIDE! you can walk(15 min)to the lake, beach, market, kids park, pickle ball and 5 restaurants from the house. A 40 mile bike path from the house. We have a indoor game room with table games, outside is corn hole and frisbee golf. Outside hot tub, dining, gas fire pit and BBQ. Backdoor hiking and TRT trail crosses our street. Ask about free shuttle from house directly to (sherwood chair) Alpine and Palisades and a yr round free shuttle into Tahoe city from house*

It's an easy walk or quick bike ride to Granlibakken Resort, Tahoe House, The Bridgetender, River Grill, and Dam Cafe; or continue on to Tahoe City and Commons Beach. A 2-night rental is required on weekends during the second half of Dec, January, February, March, first half of April, July and August.
