The home can comfortably sleep four guests on two queen beds.

Close to HOA beach, Firesign, and Sunnyside resort. FYI, Placer County allows us to host 8 adults (13 years and older) plus 8 children 12 years old and younger. We cannot accept a reservation for more than 8 adults.
