Welcome to our cozy and peaceful house where the whole family can relax. The house, which is only 15 minutes from central Stockholm and 5 minutes from Täby C, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a TV room, a large kitchen, a dining room, and two dedicated work spaces. Direct access from the kitchen and living room to the enclosed patio and terrace with a large lovely hot tub for 6 people. The house is perfect for couples and families. Fiber broadband 500/500, and charging station for the car.

There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. Skapa nya minnen i detta unika och familjevänliga boende. Ett mycket vackert boende, skapat för gemenskap, njutning och välmående. Fridfullt och ändå centralt, med bil endast 20 min till Arlanda och 30 min till Stockholm. Stor, avskild trädgård, med många olika trädgårdsrum för alla aktiviteter, sinnen och åldrar. 10 min till tåg/buss som tar er till Stockholm city på 40 min. Platsen har anor från Vikingatiden, runstenar och vandringsleder utanför dörren. Abba växte upp här i Vallentuna.

The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

Fridfullt, nybyggt hus på 240 kvm med fantastisk utsikt över havet samt inrett för att verkligen kunna mysa och umgås i. Blåbärsris och skog på baksidan och härlig havsutsikt från framsidan. 150m till bad, 500m till lek/badplats, 15 km till Vaxholm, 3 mil till centrala Stockholm.
