Child friendly for larger groups

Welcome to our child-friendly townhouse, ideal for the big family! Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Stockholm city. The house has a garden with the trampoline and several playgrounds around the corner that the kids will love. In the nearby area there are cafes, restaurants and a bakery. It is within walking distance to both nature reserve & swimming jetty. Pets are also welcome. With proximity to the subway, it is easy to get to central Stockholm to explore what the city has to offer.

Nice family townhouse close to the city.

This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

Here you will have access to a family friendly house including garden only 15 minutes from the city. With subway, outdoor pool and swimming pool within 5 minutes walking distance. Biking distance to lake bath. The house is tastefully renovated and has four bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom as well as a toilet. The house has a lounge veranda with evening sun, barbecue and dining area. Toys, trampoline and swing are available for the little ones.

Återförenas med nära och kära på detta familjevänliga ställe. Nära till badstranden och populära Kanaans Trädgårdscafé. Naturreservatet med vacker skog, stigar och vattendrag ligger 200 m från huset. Tunnelbanan in till Stockholm city tar 20 min och för dig rakt in i Stockholm myllrande storstadsliv. Norrtele's best location with magical evening sun!

Fully renovated part of terraced house of 38 sqm with patio of about 80 sqm for rent. The patio is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor consumption. If you want to grill, there is a grill to borrow if you ask. Animals are welcome to come along and fences are available on the patio so dogs can be loose on the grounds. Washing machine and drying rack are available if you need to wash.
