Brand new and fully equipped house of 28 sqm in Danderyd, 15 minutes north of central Stockholm. The house was completed in January 2024 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 100 meters from a fantastic nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. The house has waterborne floor heating, a permanent workplace, good Wi-Fi and parking with charging.

Enjoy nature while staying at this unique place. You are staying in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-fired fireplace and wonderful views. The food you cook over the open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are amused by the wave whale that cradles you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do dishes in the ocean. Warm welcome

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Roslags Näsby. 5 minutes to direct buses and trains that you can take into town (about 12 minutes) by train. Nearby is a large shopping center (Täby center). 15-minute walk to swimming. Here you have a newly built accommodation with all the amenities. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Parking outside the house. Work area and fully equipped kitchen. Loft with room for 2 people and bed for 1 person. Towel, soap & shampoo are on site.

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Bright, lovely newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a villa, overlooking the garden. The apartment is completely self-contained with its own entrance. 150 meters to the local bus that takes you to shops and subway in about 5 minutes. Quiet residential area, close to water and nature. 500 meters to Edsviken beach (sea) and swimming, and 800 meters to Rinkebyskogen and exercise trails. Free car parking on the street.
