You live in a newly renovated barn with fields and forest outside the corner and with many attractions nearby. The accommodation is best suited for 2 persons. In the kitchen you can cook light meals. Stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment available. Smart TV with Chromecast and Soundbar with Bluetooth connection. Bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Sauna and an outdoor bathtub with hot water. 2 bicycles are included.

Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length schoolyard in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen". Immediate proximity to all the amenities of the village. Here you stay well in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. There are 2 extra beds available, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic for those who want to experience stunning scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Guest apartment on Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
