Welcome to our apartment, spanning approximately 85 sqm across two floors. If you are considering our apartment please do keep in mind that it is one of the oldest houses in Stockholm and a lot of the original quirks are still intact. Hence do not expect stairs and amenities to be the same size or shape as in modern US buildings! Our apartment has two separate bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable 160 cm wide double bed, and sofas that can be transformed into two additional parallel beds, so there is ample sleeping space for everyone. Additionally, there is a cozy loft area with two more beds, perfect for older kids (please note that the loft has limited space and height). Baby cribs can be rented for an additional fee. The living room offers even more sleeping options, as the sofa can be converted into three parallel beds. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends, everyone will have a place to rest. The apartment boasts a full bathroom on the first floor and a petit convenient toilet on the second floor. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee machine, oven, and hob. Prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them in the dining area. During your stay, you'll have access to the entire flat, which includes complimentary WiFi for your convenience. The beds are made with fresh bed linen, and towels are provided. We also provide a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. Start your day off right with complimentary coffee and tea. A steep staircase leads up to two small rooms and a toilet in the loft above our storage room/carpenter's shop (shower at the entrance). Fridge and water boiler available. Bed linen and towels are not included (available for rent SEK 100/guest). The guest cleans and throws away garbage after themselves. Pets allowed. Check yourself in with the lockbox. We live on a headland with water around us. Above our double garage, we have an apartment with all the amenities. Have access to your own dock with swimming. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as several grocery stores (ICA, COOP and LIDL), pharmacies, liquor stores and pizzerias are within a 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city center. About 1 km to the bus stop. Close to golf clubs. Some restaurants within a 2 km radius.

A bright attic in a private house with a lovely view of Västra Nedsjön. The attic has a rural location with proximity to both Gothenburg and Borås. The area has many excursion opportunities such as Liseberg, Universeum, the Textile Museum and nice tours in the Gothenburg archipelago. In the nearby area, there are swimming lakes, nice walking and running trails, possibility for fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Private toilet and shower in the apartment. Completely newly built and newly decorated apartment bright and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the farm there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop pastry shop, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Cozy apartment on horse farm

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. I rent out the upstairs in my house in Bleket out on Tjörn. The apartment has its own entrance, two bedrooms, toilet with shower, kitchenette and balcony. Access to the washer and dryer is available. The house is about 200-300 meters from Bleket swimming area, kayak rental and a sourdough bakery. Walking distance to the island of Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
