The staff residence at Storön Gården

On Storön, you can experience tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. Here you will find Lake Vänern, which offers fantastic sunsets and swimming from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We also have a fantastic forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In winter, there are nice ice rinks for long-distance skating. The staff residence is located on a farm and every day there is the opportunity to come along and feed the animals.

Welcome to our cozy cottage located right by one of Kolmården's nice lakes. Here you can enjoy walks in the forest or take a swim in the lake, and then end the evening in our wood-fired sauna. Right next to the cottage, there is a child-friendly swimming area. The cottage is close to nice bike and hiking trails. Within walking distance is Oskarshälls cafe where you can enjoy a good coffee or a bite to eat. If you are looking forward to a day at Kolmården's zoo, you can get there by car in about 10 minutes.

Cosy stuga next to the river Juktån.

Settle and relax in the tranquil glory of nature and yet not out of the world... The stuga, that is right next to the river, offers something for everyone. The apartment is ideal for 2-4adults or a family with two children. The living room can be used flexibly as a bedroom. Activities during the summertime are enjoying and relaxing in the sun, hiking, berry picking, cycling, fishing, swimming etc. The wonderful wintertime invites for snowshoe tours, ice fishing just enjoying peace and nature!

Welcome to a small apartment in the farm's barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep in the barn. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with a larger ICA store. The lake cabin is located on our property about 200 meters to the summer shop, restaurant, Deli and craft shop in the old harbor warehouse and close to nature with hiking trails. Barbecue is available in the garden to use in agreement with the host.
