Here you have the chance to stay centrally in Uppsala close to sights and many restaurants. Walking distance to Uppsala Central Station. The houseboat is located in Fyrisån at Stadsparken. The boat is equipped with simpler bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and oven/microwave. The beds are distributed in a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in the sleeping loft as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the parasol and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.

Houseboat in fantastic location

The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with docks around. Single location in rural setting. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility of sitting indoors or outdoors and watching the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoors there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outhouse, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

The area is a bit alternative in an "up and coming" industrial area with local breweries, art galleries, street art and urban gardens. A total of 140 sqm benefits on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and large open dining area for 8 people. A patio with large lounge area right by the water surface and a balcony with chaise lounge.

The houseboat is located right next to the Gothenburg Opera house, in the heart of Gothenburg, meaning it's walking distance to basically everything Gothenburg has to offer. Within 5 minutes you're at the central station, the mall, avenyn, restaurants, coffee shops etc etc... The location will make it easy for you to explore everything on your list, or to just enjoy the experience of living on a houseboat. The boat is more spacious than you think! Large boathouse on the ocean + sauna

Newly renovated house right by and at the sea in a small archipelago village (Skatan). Convenient features such as washing machine, flat screen TV, WiFi and sauna will ensure your stay to be comfortable. The livingroom has a generous table for 10-12 people. The house also has a floor heating system and a fire place. With the nature around the corner there is always something to do. Skiing, skating, golf, baths etc. There is a wonderful restaurant in Skatan (open during summer).

Houseboat on the River

Don't miss this absolutely unique place to stay in Gothenburg. An over 100 years old tug boat from 1911 which has been carefully converted into a beautiful modern home. You have the river Göta Älv right outside the window and a cozy interior with a fireplace and amazing woodwork. In summer you can aslo enjoy the artsy garden and the roof terrace, the brave ones might even take a swim in the river. Good fishing is possible straight from the boat. Free parking outside.
