Spacious small house near the beach and the city

Small villa of 65 sqm on the return street with its own parking place, corner land to nature and terrace south facing with barbecue, accessible wood-fired independent sauna plus separate gym with porch. Walking distance to the beaches in the area for sunbathing and swimming and with good communication to the city of Gothenburg. A 4 minute walk to the bus stop with direct bus to City of Gothenburg takes about 25 minutes and by car 20, close to all shops and restaurants in Torslanda Amhult center

Apartment

Modern apartment with great location

This is my cozy little space close to the city center of Växjö. It is about 30m2 big and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the picture it might look bigger than that, it was important for me to show everything that is in the space. inside the apartment you find a kitchen with everything you need to prepare you own meals. If you’re looking for a place that gives you the feeling of a relaxing hotel with the opportunity to cook for yourself if you want to than this is for you.

Villa Mölle - a second home

Located in the center of the old village, 150 mtrs from the harbour and a short robe-walk to the bathing place. Great place to spend with your friends or family with several social areas and a spacy kitchen where everyone can cook together. A cosy garden for the morning hours and breakfast and another patio for the afternoon and evening along with the balcony perfect for the afternoon Mojito or coffee. Here you can just relax, walk or have the perfect basecamp for your trail- or golf training.

Från Lundgården når du många av Dalarnas främsta turistmål inom en timme, så som Carl Larsson- gården, Zorngården, Tomteland, Leksand sommarland och Dalhalla. Nyrenoverad gäststuga uthyres

Liten och mysig stuga belägen ute på landet i en by med anor från 1300-talet. Du har Ostkustleden precis utanför dörren och flera möjligheter till både vandring och cykling i området, både Mtb och landsväg. Det finns även flera badvänliga sjöar i närheten. Astrid Lindgrens värld, Vimmerby och älgparker är mindre än en timme bort med bil. Andra sevärdheter är ön Blå jungfrun, Stensjöby samt endast 20 min till färja mot Gotland/Öland. Kalmar slott och Västerviks fina miljö är en timme bort.

Gästhus med sjöutsikt

Välkommen till gästhus vid Mjörn. Perfekt sjöläge för dig som gillar närhet till natur, fiske, bada, ro, plocka svamp och bär, åka skridskor/skidor vid frusen sjö. Huset ligger på vår tomt, gratis parkering och wifi. Huset är litet men innehåller allt du behöver, ett litet kök med kylskåp, två spisplattor, mikro, varm/kallt vatten och våningssäng. Modernt nybyggt badrum. Det finns tillgång till grill och roddbåt med fiskeutrustning och flytvästar. Det tar 45 min med bil till Göteborg.

Tillgång till hemmagym och stor balkong. Vid golfbanan finns restaurang med rättigheter, samt paddelbana. Ca 15 minuters bilkörning till centrala Sundsvall. Finns ytterligare en lägenhet intill, vilket kan vara lämpligt om ni är ett större sällskap som vill bo nära varandra.
