A bed of 160x215, kitchen with 2 burner induction, fridge, oven, kettle, nespresso machine and and all cooking utensils. Bed linen, towels are also provided. A TV, Wi-Fi, nice shower and toilet. Air conditioning and heating, and a small outdoor seating area. There are beautiful walks in the natural area of Asselt, Swalm and Maas. The area has various walking and cycling routes. The accommodation fits 4 people (one bedroom with a double bed + one bedroom with two single beds) and it has a view towards the rear part of the garden of the owners. Prices are including towels and bed sheets (free-of-charge), tourist tax and WIFI. Note that we do not serve breakfast.

The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.
