The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. If you walk south along the water, you will pass the harbor, Svaneke Brød, the lighthouse and the harbor at Sydøst for Paradis, which is the island's nicest café, located on the beach between the rocks. Where there's a volleyball court and a diving board. If you need cozy walks, bathing in the water, this unique place is perfect

Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

From the house, you can follow the path to what we believe is Bornholm's most beautiful coastline, and here you can swim from the rocks from Hammerslet beach. Remember the coffee! :-)

Aus der ganzen Wohnung hast du einen herrlichen Blick auf die Ostsee und den großen Garten. Überall im Garten gibt es schöne Plätze, an denen du verweilen kannst.

Large and bright holiday apartment in Svaneke

Rummelig ferielejlighed med dejligt lysindfald beliggende tæt på Hullehavn. Eget køkken (en ovn og to kogeplader) og bad samt indgang. Haven er ikke tilgængelig, men hullehavn ligger få minutters gang herfra med adgang til skov og legeplads til de små. Vi er en familie på fire (to børn på 7 og 9 år) som bor ved siden af med vores kat.
