The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The glass house is located 5-10 minutes by bike from the city, and 2 minutes from Brændegårdshaven. The house is for you who want a unique experience rather than luxury. There are duvets, but you must bring your own sheets and covers. The house is located about 50m from our other rental "The Pink Camper" and there is a shared camping toilet, campfire - but no bath.

Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og hylde i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.

We have two nice rooms in the house, but also a fully insulated annex with sleeping places. The cottage on a nature plot on a quiet road with only 400 meters to the water. Note: No animals in furniture and beds. Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are not included.
