Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

Welcome to the old shop, the gamle shop We warmly welcome you to the pretty Aparthotel Bølshavn 9 and wish you a wonderful holiday on Bornholm. The gamle butik is a very comfortable house that is kept in a bright, friendly Scandinavian style. The living space is almost 120 m², the built-up area 80 m². 1997-2014 the house (built in 1904) was completely repaired. Additional costs for bed linen / electricity (see information for guests)
