The home is walking distance to a small communal pool, a large salt water pool and a marina, a bar/grill and convenient store. It is conveniently located close to shopping and championship golf courses along the Intracoastal Waterway. The beach is a 5 minute drive or there is a shuttle service. Includes: wifi, washer/dryer, chargers, white noise and a spacious desk for remote work.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our present day inspired beach home. A brand new luxe beach house with a wonderful panoramic view of Carolina Beach. Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. We love our cute beach bungalow! It's in a quiet neighborhood in Surfside Beach just a short block to the beach and ocean. It's only about 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach to the north and Murrell's Inlet to the soutj. The area is known for all-you-can-eat seafood buffets, miniature golf, and regular golf. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our house is pet friendly with a maximum of 3. Keys are in a keybox on front door with code provided about a week before arrival.
