The cottage is available weekly and is a Historic property built in 1930 and owned by one family until 1998, when I acquired and renovated it to its current, lovely state. It is a family home and not a generic rental. It is the real deal for original authentic Myrtle Beach, a true beach retreat. The cottage is private and surrounded by old oak trees. The porches are spacious and give additional dining and relaxing areas. THE BEACH IS at the end of the road by the 2nd ave. Pier. VERY CLOSE.

We love our cute beach bungalow! It's in a quiet neighborhood in Surfside Beach just a short block to the beach and ocean. It's only about 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach to the north and Murrell's Inlet to the soutj. The area is known for all-you-can-eat seafood buffets, miniature golf, and regular golf. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our house is pet friendly with a maximum of 3. Keys are in a keybox on front door with code provided about a week before arrival.
