New to the rental market, our family home is the perfect island getaway during any season! We're a few minutes walk to the beach and just a block away from our little beach town. Sunset Beach is quiet and feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Nat'l Geographic named Sunset Beach as one of the top 21 beaches in the world! Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay.

Sleeps up to 12: 1st Floor: Open concept family living & dining, gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace & 1 King Master en-suite. 2nd Floor: 1 King Master en-suite, Bunk room sleeps 4 (upper twin/lower double with twin trundle), a Queen Guest Room & Den with pullout double sofa bed. Outdoor: 11x20' pool, dining area, outdoor shower & storage. Optional Pool heating Sept to May at $70 per day if desired!

Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

Main Street Walk to the Beach

This special house is a traditional, family beach cottage that is currently being enjoyed by its 4th generation. Built in 1972, it is designed in the old-fashioned beach cottage style of that era. It's not fancy and modern; if that is what you're looking for, this is not the house for your vacation. We have a beach wagon, some beach chairs, and sand and water toys for your use. If you're looking for a traditional, homey beach cottage close to the beach and loved by its family, this is it!

Looking to the left, you can even see the Intracoastal waterway. Bring your boat and tie off to the floating dock (boat launch is a short 4 minute drive). Crabbing & fishing galore off the dock! Don't forget your binoculars to observe different the waterfowl that live in the marshes beyond.

Additionally, it is stocked with lots of games, bikes, beach gear and linens/towels, making your packing light. You'll have a great time making wonderful memories!
