This one-bedroom unit has been recently remodeled in a hip, lake house-inspired style. It has absolutely amazing views across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range. Watch the sunset from the balcony. Walk to the marina to rent a boat or paddleboard. Hop on your bike and hit the path that goes past your front door. Go down to the water's edge and throw out a line to catch your fish dinner. Cool design touches include wood floors throughout, rock sink, mountain-modern furniture, and vintage photos.

It is secluded, and we hope you take time to go hiking, biking, paddle boarding on Lake Dillon, snow shoeing, skiing, then come back to enjoy the fire and company of your friends and family.

West & north facing windows with huge mountain vista views of the Gore range. The main entrance is shared, with the private access to your studio located just up the private stairway (Silverthorne License 30796).

Lake and Mountain Views Close to Everything! Apt A

Overlooking gorgeous Lake Dillon and the beautiful Ten Mile Range, this 500 square foot one bedroom comfortably sleeps two. In the heart of Dillon, this Summit Yacht Club condo offers easy access to year round outdoor activities: walking distance to bars, the amphitheater (free weekend summer concerts), the marina and biking/hiking trails. Drive to Keystone in 10 minutes (or take the free Summit County bus across the street) and A-Basin/Copper in 15. Breckenridge is 25 and Vail a quick 35.

Last minute July Cancellation!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Fun & Cozy Cabin without the Woods

A hideaway close to Summit County activities. This hand built cabin features two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with two single beds. The hot tub on the private deck gives 180 degree views of the Gore and Ten Mile Ranges. Please note - this is not a luxury home. The cabin is not secluded. The cabin is generally very quiet but you might hear occasional traffic noises. On the plus side, the cabin is close to all amenities in Silverthorne and has a very comfortable vibe.

Rocky Mountain Retreat! King bed, soaker tub!

This is the best location in Summit County, as you can walk to the bike path, main street, or the marina. Newly remodeled 2 story, 1 BR 2 BA condo which has everything you need to have a hassle free getaway in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Upstairs you will find a king sized bed and full bathroom with updated shower and soaker tub. Downstairs the sofa opens up into a Queen sized comfortable bed. You will be completely spoiled in luxury while visiting my home.
