The Lodgepole Overlook Carriage House is located in the Peak 7 neighborhood. It offers a forested and private escape from the hustle and bustle of the ski area and downtown Breckenridge. This private home is located on the north side of Breckenridge and eliminates the delays and frustration of getting in and out of town... especially when going to other nearby ski areas or parts of the county. The VERY PRIVATE hot tub is nestled against the White River National Forest which borders the property.

Enjoy stunning, unobstructed views of the Breck peaks from your 5th-floor condo - even from your king bed. You will be in downtown Breck. Inn at Peak 9 (in the Village). And just steps away from the QuickSilver lift, you can see if from your window. There is a new fitness center. My favorite is the indoor/outdoor pool surrounded by outdoor hot tubs. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
