This amazing home is located in a small, very quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from bus stop, lake, hiking trails and rec path. The large deck overlooking the lake, Ten Mile range and Gore range will without a doubt, change your experience of the mountains! Much of the house is newly remodeled. The back yard is national forest with tons space. Kitchen & dining area are massive; with very light traffic from roommates. All of summit county has amazing views, but this is one of a kind!

The Viking Lodge Family Lofts are the largest rooms at The Viking Lodge. These rooms have one queen bed and two twin beds, (The twins are in a loft accessible via a ladder), a private bath, color Tv, and small fridge. These rooms are on at least the 3rd floor of the building – Please note we do not have an elevator. We do not have A/c either, but we do have free fans. No Cleaning Fees<br><br>Just 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort, The Viking Lodge is located in downtown Winter Park, Colorado.

My home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from downtown Breckenridge. It sits atop a hill with a huge deck and balcony that offer amazing views of Breckenridge Resort and the 10-mile range. The Lower Flume Trail, and network of connecting trails, is less than a third mile walk from the house and allows for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing. Also just a short walk away is a stop for the free bus that drops off at the base of the Breckenridge Gondola.

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. The room includes a comfortable full sized bed (smaller than a queen - bigger than a twin), flat-screen Tv, mini-fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Please note, this room does not have air conditioning, but a fan is provided for your comfort.

The split level layout enables privacy, yet permits a social setting. Many hiking trails right out the front door and located only a couple miles from Breckenridge's world famous ski resort and a short 10 minute drive to historic main street!
