Historic Mill of Cramm, Barn-Apt.4

Unser Apartment 4 befindet sich im Obergeschoss der historischen Scheune unserer denkmalgeschützten Wassermühle, die seit 1754 besteht. Es ist eines von sechs Studios, die wir im Rahmen einer Renovierung gebaut haben und seit Mai 2024 vermieten. Wir haben darauf geachtet, so viel wie möglich vom historischen Charakter des Gebäudes zu bewahren. Das Apartment ist im Fachwerk-Stil gehalten und zeichnet sich durch seine originalen Holzbalken und ein großzügiges offenes Dachgebälk aus.

Welcome to Albtal Menzenschwand! Here you can hike, swim, ski, enjoy stars, visit World Heritage Sites or make campfires and relax in the award-winning Revitalbad. The Rehbachhaus is surrounded by the slopes of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park on the edge of a small village below the Feldberg. Stylishly renovated, it overlooks meadows and mountains. Our family-friendly and lovingly furnished apartment (approx. 70 square meters) is located in Sehringen, a beautiful district of Badenweiler in the idyllic Markgräflerland at the foot of the Black Forest. From here you have an ideal starting point for many sports activities, to explore the diverse cultural and culinary highlights of the region, or simply escape everyday life. Children and pets are of course also welcome.

The apartment, renovated in 2023, was formerly an old bakery and is located on a 16th century farmstead. century in the core village of Efringen-Kirchen. After decades of neglect, it has been given a new shine piece by piece in recent years with loving attention to detail. We want to offer vacationers, business travelers and travelers looking for a last stop before or after the Swiss border an uncomplicated and pleasant stay.
