Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

Centrally but quietly located with wonderful views of the mountains and St. Wolfgang's Church, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our owner-occupied family home. As a former Royal Saxon Bobbin School and later branch of the Academy of Fine Arts, the building is now privately owned and is inhabited by us as the owner and family with 4 children. In winter, you can hit the slopes in nearby cross-country ski areas or in the Schöneck/Bublava ski world (also accessible by train).
